PROFILE AND OVERVIEW
Founded in 2000 by partners of a multinational law firm, Chow & Freisleben is, by design, committed to hands-on lawyering that draws upon our members’ collective large practice experience and perspective. Unlike a large, multi-specialty firm, C&F concentrates exclusively in civil trial law, specifically complex commercial litigation and dispute resolution.

The founding partners, colleagues for more than a decade before establishing C&F, have built the firm on a commitment to aggressive advocacy of their clients’ interests and superior levels of service, efficiency and responsiveness that we feel are best delivered in a small-practice setting. Possessing keen judgment and intuitive problem-solving skills, our attorneys are adept at finding solutions that bring client matters to favorable conclusion – expeditiously and pragmatically. The firm members’ trial experience is extensive and we enjoy a hard-won reputation that is reflected in the public record, including reported case law. The partners have also published, lectured and served as expert witnesses in their fields of practice.

It is precisely this breadth of background that makes C&F a law firm of choice to major corporations and insurance companies, as well as entrepreneurial and closely held enterprises. We are sought out for effective representation in matters as varied as business disputes, intellectual property and trade secrets litigation, partnership dissolutions, employment claims, errors and omissions claims, toxic tort inhalation and mold issues, and medical device and product liability litigation.

The firm, which maintains the highest rating – ‘AV’ – from Martindale Hubbell, and is listed in the Bar Register of Preeminent Lawyers, has offices in Irvine (Orange County), California, as well as downtown Los Angeles.
