IRVINE, Calif. (August 4, 2006) -- Alan Freisleben, senior partner of the Irvine-based law firm Chow & Freisleben, has been appointed as a member of the City of San Juan Capistrano Water Advisory Commission.

A trial lawyer for the past 25 years, Freisleben specializes in all aspects of dispute resolution, complex civil litigation, business and employment litigation, and insurance law. He has spoken extensively on the legal aspects of insurance law, as well as insurance claims and practices.

Freisleben earned his law degree from Loyola University Los Angeles School of Law in 1978 and is a member of the Orange County Bar Association, American Bar Association and Federal Bar Association. Freisleben is also an elected member of the International Association of Defense Counsel. He is a resident of San Juan Capistrano, California.
