About Mr. Freisleben:
Mr. Freisleben is the firm's senior partner and has a distinguished career as a trial
lawyer and counselor. He enjoys 25 years of professional experience in all aspects
of dispute resolution, including trials, appeal, mediation and arbitration. His practice
spans complex civil litigation, business and employment litigation, insurance law and
errors and omissions litigation, and the defense of holding companies from claims of
alter ego and joint enterprise liability as well as breach of fiduciary duties. Additionally,
Mr. Freisleben analyzes, interprets and advises clients on issues pertaining to the
applicability of insurance coverage of all types in disputes of all kinds, including
class actions.
Mr. Freisleben previously established the Orange County office of a major multi-national
law firm, where he spent 16 years and became partners with Mr. Picker and Ms. Chow. During
his tenure, that office grew from two to 30 attorneys.

Professional Activities:
Mr. Freisleben is the co-author of Fair Claims Settlement Practices Regulations Deskbook
and has spoken extensively on insurance claims disputes to organizations. Mr. Freisleben
has also been called as an expert witness in cases pertaining to insurance law and
practice and attorney's fees.
He is former co-chair and chair of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society's
Southern California steering committee, and is also a member of the International
Association of Defense Counsel and the Defense Research Institute.

Community Activities and Personal Interests:
Mr. Freisleben is the Vice Chair of the Water Advisory Commission in San Juan Capistrano
as well as an active member of the Parents Council at Franklin and Marshall College,
where his two daughters are enrolled. Aside from spending time with his family, he
enjoys a host of outdoor activities including fly-fishing, hiking and landscaping.
